You can follow these simple steps:
i) Go to www.joi.com.my > Contact Us > Support Center
ii) Look for the nearest Support Center Collection Point
iii) Bring together your proof of purchase (receipt/consignment note/other relevant documents) and JOI device (full set with box) to the chosen support center.
iv) Get a case ID for reference given by the Support center staff
v) Wait for further updates from the Support center on your device.

You can courier your JOI device (Full Set with receipt/proof of purchase/consignment note/other relevant documents) to our Customer Service Department located in our headquarter at SNS Network Sdn Bhd, No.61, Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah, 30250 Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan.

It will take 7 to 14 working days to diagnose the matter and repair the JOI device.
